We want you to be 100% happy with the products you purchased from Cedar Creek Sculptures. Our Return Policy makes it easy for you to return your new, unused products for a FULL REFUND. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping cost. Please follow these instructions:

Please contact Cedar Creek Sculptures at (360) 686-3116 to make arrangements for your return.

For large items we will coordinate with the freight carrier
For small items we ask that you utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx or similar carriers

Once you have shipped the item back to us and we have found it in new/unused condition we will issue a refund. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
This process usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete.
We are sorry, but we do not accept returns of custom-made items.
