Absolute primitive elegance is achieved in our Wedge series “Asadera” model.  This is of the highest quality, yet simple and easy to operate, open fire Santa Maria style grill.  Made with superior craftmanship and 100% American made spirit, we have put our best into engineering our design, intuitive yet practical.  Our Wedge base offers ash disposal; our grill showcases a signature ventilation system, along with cool touch ceramic insulation and stainless-steel reflective shields to keep heat in the fire box.  The Santa Maria top is constructed with a fully gusseted base, professional rib style hangers on top to slow smoke your favorite proteins, 18″ geared hand wheel with custom cut interior and 1″ tube wrap for easy grip adjustments, and heavy gauge top shroud with overhead warming storage.  The Wedge Asadera gives you super smooth elevation adjustments so you can grill your food to perfection at whatever height/temp of your choosing.  Get ready to enjoy amazing BBQ with your family and friends. Follow these simple instructions and your Asadera will be ready in minutes.

Pieces Included:

  1. Hand Wheel
  2. Rotisserie Bracket

Tools Needed:

  • 7/16” Socket
  • Screwdriver
  • Scissors / Wire Cutter


  1. Remove hand wheel and install it on the 1/2” rod using a 7/16 ” socket.
  2. Remove the two grilling hooks and rotisserie bracket that are attached to the rib rack.
  3. Turn the hand wheel until the grill is flush with wood on rim of the Asadera top.
  4. Gently remove the lower base and place it in it’s new home. Using the adjustable feet, this is a great time to make sure the base is level.
  5. Place the upper Asadera on to the base; making sure the indexing pads on bottom of the top portion align to the inside perimeter of the base. (Watch your fingers)
  6. Using a screwdriver, remove the 6 screws on the outer perimeter of the base edge to remove the wood/cardboard. After the wood/cardboard is removed, reinstall the screws. Do not over tighten.
  7. Install ash tray.
  8. Remove tape from vents.
