4 large slices of sour dough bread
1/2 cup butter (softened)
3 tsp minced garlic
1. Heat outdoor griddle/grill to 350-375 degrees
2. In a small bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic. Mix until smooth.
3. Spread garlic butter on both sides of each slice of bread. Grill on each side until golden brown
